Facebook Chatbot

Chatbot is an automated system which can be integrated with almost any messenger application. We developed a Chat Bot for one of the top telecom company. The bot is integrated with their official facebook page. Anyone says anything to the page first picked up by the bot and continue the conversation with the user. And if the user wants an assistance form a human agent for additional support they can ask that as well. Along with the conversation this bot is capable to recharge to the mobile balance as well.
